Responsibilities

1. Gooxxy commits to the quality and availability of services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
2. The user is responsible for appropriate use of the platform and for the provided information.
3. Communication via phone calls or WhatsApp messages is for informational purposes; therefore, Gooxxy is not liable for misinterpretations due to limitations of these means. All official communication must be made via institutional email, through the platform, or in specific cases, formal documentation.

Modifications to Terms and Services

Gooxxy may change these Terms or platform features at any time. Notifications will be made through official channels. Continued use after changes implies agreement.

Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you have read and agreed to it.

Account Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time. Gooxxy may also do so in case of a breach of these Terms or legal requirement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The court of the district of Jandira/SP is chosen, to the exclusion of any other, no matter how privileged.
